Steel beam filling method based on inorganic material spraying
The invention relates to a steel beam filling method based on inorganic material spraying. The steel beam filling method comprises the following steps of firstly, pre-filling rock wool layers on two sides of a web of an H-shaped steel beam, the filling thickness of the rock wool layers being smaller than the extension width of an upper flange and a lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam on two sides of the web; welding a plurality of C-shaped stirrups to the outer portion of the rock wool layer on each side of the web in the length direction of the steel beam; welding the top faces of the upper bent parts of the C-shaped stirrups to the bottom face of the upper flange of the steel beam; welding the bottom faces of the lower bent parts of the C-shaped stirrups to the top face of the lower flange of the steel beam; jointly forming clamping and limiting for the rock wool layers by the inner side edges of the upper bent parts, the inner side edges of the lower bent parts and the web plate ; spraying fireproof gypsum mortar to the outer portion of the rock wool layer on each side on the construction site to wrap the C-shaped stirrups, and spraying the fireproof gypsum mortar to be flush with the side end faces of the upper flange and the lower flange; and spraying fiber-reinforced fireproof gypsum mortar to the outer portion of the fireproof gypsum mortar on each side. The steel beam filling method has the advantages of being high in construction efficiency, simplified in construction operation procedure, low in construction cost and capable of avoiding apparent cracking.
本发明涉及一种基于无机材料喷射的钢梁填充方法,先在H型钢钢梁的腹板两侧预先填充岩棉层,岩棉层的填充厚度小于腹板两侧H型钢钢梁的上、下翼缘延伸宽度;再在腹板每一侧的岩棉层外部沿钢梁长度方向焊接若干C型箍筋,C型箍筋的上折弯部顶面焊接在钢梁上翼缘底面上,C型箍筋的下折弯部底面焊接在钢梁下翼缘顶面上,上折弯部的内侧边及下折弯部的内侧边与腹板共同形成对岩棉层的夹持限位;施工现场对每一侧的岩棉层外部喷射防火石膏砂浆将C型箍筋包覆住,防火石膏砂浆喷射至与上、下翼缘的侧端面平齐;每一侧的防火石膏砂浆外部喷射纤维增强防火石膏砂浆。本发明具有施工效率高、施工作业程序简化、施工成本低以及避免表观开裂的特点。
