The invention discloses a temporary supporting structure in a limited space and a dismantling method thereof.The space internally comprises a top beam and a bottom plate, wherein the supporting structure comprises a plurality of temporary supporting columns, the bottom of each supporting column is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, the top of each supporting column abuts against the top beam, and each supporting column comprises a plurality of splicing sections and a top connecting part which are sequentially connected from bottom to top; the temporary supporting columns form a plurality of groups, the supporting columns in the same group are sequentially arranged in the first direction, the groups are sequentially arranged in the second direction, the height of each supporting column is h, the distance between every two adjacent groups is L, and L is larger than h. During dismantling, lifting lugs are welded to the temporary supporting column and the top beam, and the temporary supporting column is lifted by an electric hoist and gradually converted from the vertical state to the horizontal state to be placed on the ground. The support dismantling structure is mainly used for dismantling high and heavy temporary supports in the limited space where a large hoisting machine cannot work, the support dismantling requirement is met, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
