The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a wind-resistant and anti-falling guardrail for building construction. The guardrail is used for protecting a construction site in the building construction process and comprises a fixed seat, a moving mechanism, a splicing mechanism and a flow guide mechanism, wherein a plurality of vertical rods are arranged on the fixed seat, and protective parts are arranged at the ends of the vertical rods; the moving mechanism is arranged on the fixed seat, and when a balance weight is added to the fixed seat, the moving mechanism can be stored in the fixed seat; the splicing mechanism is used for splicing different guardrails; and the flow guide mechanism is used for reducing the wind resistance borne by the guardrails. According to the guardrail, the adjacent guardrails can be spliced into a whole through the splicing mechanism, and when the guardrails move to proper positions, the balance weight of the fixed seat can be increased, so that the moving mechanism is stored in the fixed seat under the condition that the weight of the fixed seat is increased, the stability of the guardrails is further improved, and the wind resistance borne by the guardrails can be effectively reduced through the flow guide mechanism on the vertical rods.
