The invention discloses coal dust recycling equipment for coal mine, wherein the coal dust recycling equipment comprises a machine body shell, and an air inlet channel penetrating through an upper mounting block is formed in the left end face of the upper mounting block; by means of a vibrating filter plate, coal mine dust in air is collected, meanwhile, and filter holes are prevented from being blocked; rock dust with the large density climbs along the inclined face under the action of centrifugal force through a rotating inclined collecting box, and the coal dust and the rock dust are separated; and by means of the weak adsorbability of the coal dust, collected coal dust is made into simple filter cloth, the filter cloth is wound around an exposed position of the skin, poisonous gas can be prevented from making direct contact with the skin, protection on coal mine workers is improved, the cost of gas defense equipment is saved when the coal dust is reasonably utilized, water vapor in air is absorbed through a condensation plate to be used for cleaning the filter plate, filtering performance of the filter plate is kept, and meanwhile air humidity in a coal mine is reduced.
本发明公开了一种煤矿用煤尘回收利用设备，包括机体外壳，上安装块的左端面设有贯穿上安装块的进气通道；本发明通过振动的过滤板，收集空气中的煤矿粉尘的同时防止过滤孔堵塞，再通过转动的倾斜收集箱，使得密度较大的岩尘在离心力的作用下沿斜面爬升，达到分离煤尘和岩尘的效果，还利用煤炭粉尘具有的微弱吸附性，将收集的煤尘制成简易的过滤布，将其卷绕在皮肤裸露处，可防止有毒气体直接接触皮肤，提高了对煤矿人员的保护，在合理利用煤尘时，节约了防毒设备的成本，不仅如此还通过冷凝板吸收空气中的水汽用于过滤板的清洁，保持过滤板的过滤性，同时降低煤矿中的空气湿度。
