The method is mainly technically characterized by comprising the following steps: pollution boundaries are roughly presumed according to a ground pollution source, an underground water runoff direction and pollution time; exploratory holes are drilled, and the pollution boundaries are determined; testing recharge wells are constructed on the edge of a contaminated site, the underground water influence radius R of the recharge wells is tested, the recharge wells are drilled at the positions away from the outer side of the boundary of the contaminated site by the underground water influence radius R, and the interval between every two adjacent recharge wells is smaller than 2R; step4, a horizontal well is constructed, horizontal well spacing is not greater than the groundwater influence radius R, a horizontal well water filter pipe is constructed by clinging to the water-resisting layer surface according to the stratum condition and covers the whole polluted area in length; and a water storage tank is dug on the ground surface in the determined polluted area, and polluted water in the polluted area is pumped out through the horizontal well and treated while clean water is recharged into the recharge wells. The treatment is more thorough, and the damage of surrounding buildings caused by underground water level decline is avoided.
