The invention discloses an alkali-free liquid accelerator prepared from aluminum hydroxide gel waste residues. The alkali-free liquid accelerator is prepared from the following raw materials: 9-25 parts of hydrofluoric acid, 2-7 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 1-4 parts of aluminum hydroxide gel waste residues, 14-45 parts of deionized water, 0.5-1.5 parts of magnesium fluosilicate, 3-6 parts of liquid caustic soda and 0.5-2 parts of triethanolamine. The liquid accelerator which is good in cement adaptability and can be widely applied to various types of cement is prepared by selecting the doping proportion of the aluminum hydroxide gel waste residues, selecting raw materials for preparing the alkali-free liquid accelerator and controlling the synthesis proportion of all the materials.
