Preparation method of electromagnetic wave-transparent concrete
The invention discloses a preparation method of electromagnetic wave-transparent concrete. The electromagnetic wave-transparent concrete is mainly prepared from cement, fine aggregate, composite coarse aggregate and a wave-transparent reinforcing agent. The composite coarse aggregate is composed of quartz stone particles, plastic particles and boron nitride ceramic particles. The wave-transparent reinforcing agent is mainly prepared from polycarboxylic acid water reducer, linear alkyl sodium benzene sulfonate, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and nano silicon nitride. The composite coarse aggregate is wrapped by an aggregate treating agent and uniformly mixed with the cement, the wave-transparent reinforcing agent is added into the mixture, and finally, the electromagnetic wave-transparent concrete is prepared by adopting a pressurized wrapping, curing and forming process. Namely, the 28d strength of a concrete test block prepared by adopting a composite coarse aggregate pretreatment-wave-transparent reinforcing agent-pressurized wrapping process is not lower than 30MPa, the wave-transparent rate in a 5G frequency band exceeds 70%, and the concrete test block has a great application prospect in the aspect of improving 5G mobile signals.
本发明公开了一种电磁透波混凝土的制备方法,所述电磁透波混凝土主要由水泥、细骨料、复合粗骨料、透波增强剂组成。其中,复合粗骨料由石英石颗粒、塑料颗粒和氮化硼陶瓷颗粒组成。透波增强剂主要由聚羧酸减水、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、磷酸二氢铝和纳米氮化硅组成。复合粗骨料采用骨料处理剂包裹,与水泥混合均匀后,在混合料中加入透波增强剂,最后采用加压包裹养护成型工艺,制备出电磁透波混凝土。即,采用“复合粗骨料预处理‑透波增强剂‑加压包裹工艺”制备出的混凝土试块,28d强度不低于30MPa,且在5G频段下的透波率均超过70%,在改善5G移动信号方面具有很大的应用前景。
