The invention discloses a processing technology for a corrosion-resistant water permeable brick. The processing technology comprises the following steps: washing marble ceramsite with water, drying the marble ceramsite, feeding the marble ceramsite into a high-speed stirrer, adding yellow mud powder, bentonite, sugar filter mud, straw shells, albite powder, black coal ash and a proper amount of water, and carrying out stirring, drying, and ultrasonic grinding to form mixed powder A; washing and drying the mixed powder A, adding water glass, silicate, magnesium alum and silica fume powder, conducting calcining, and carrying out crushing to obtain mixed powder B; uniformly mixing the mixed powder A, the mixed powder B, a stabilizer and a curing agent, putting the formed mixture into a ball mill for ball milling, spraying water for granulation, and carrying out aging and pressing to form a green brick; and drying the green brick, sintering the green brick in a box-type resistance furnace, carrying out natural cooling to room temperature, and then conducting discharging. The technology is simple and efficient, the stability of the water permeable brick body can be improved, the prepared product is high in corrosion resistance, compressive strength and water permeability, and urban water circulation can be effectively relieved.
本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀性的透水砖加工工艺,将大理石陶粒水洗后烘干,送入高速搅拌机中加入黄泥末、膨润土、糖滤泥、秸秆壳、钠长石粉、黑煤灰和适量的水,搅拌处理,再通过干燥,超声研磨成混合粉末A;将混合粉A水洗烘干后加入水玻璃、硅酸盐、镁矾石以及硅灰粉于煅烧处理后粉碎,得到混合粉末B;混合粉末A、混合粉末B及稳定剂、固化剂混匀,投入球磨机中球磨,喷水造粒、陈化后压制成生砖坯;将生砖坯进行干燥处理,再在箱式电阻炉进行烧结,自然冷却至室温出料即可。本发明流程简单、高效,能够提高透水砖砖体的的稳定性,使得制成的产品耐腐蚀性强、抗压强度高,透水性高,能够有效缓解城市水循环。
