Firing kiln process
The invention relates to the technical field of firing kilns, and discloses a firing kiln process which comprises the following steps: S1, material preparation: preparing clay and purified water in a certain proportion according to a batching table; S2, clay crushing and screening: carrying out ball milling processing on the clay by using a ball mill, and screening the crushed clay and removing impurities in the ball milling process; S3, soil mixing: mixing the clay subjected to crushing and impurity removal in the step S2 with a certain proportion of purified water, stirring, and after stirring, manually kneading the clay with both hands or treading with feet to extrude out air in a clay pie and make the water in the clay uniform; and S4, blank drawing, blank printing, blank trimming and blank drying: carrying out blank drawing forming on the clay in the step S3, and carrying out blank printing on a formed blank body through a mold. According to the firing kiln process, it can be guaranteed that the blank body cannot crack, the quality of ceramic tableware can reach the maximum, and the use requirement can be conveniently met.
