Construction method for erecting full-width prefabricated bridge deck slab of reinforced concrete composite beam
The invention relates to a construction method for erecting a full-width prefabricated bridge deck slab of a reinforced concrete composite beam. The method adopts a combined operation system consisting of a slab erecting device, a bridge deck slab transportation system and a traction system to complete the installation of full-width prefabricated bridge deck slabs one by one on the top surface of a steel beam. The bridge deck slab erection device is directly arranged on the top face of the steel beam, and the bridge deck slab transportation system is composed of a rail, a slab transportation trolley and hoisting equipment and is responsible for lifting a prefabricated bridge deck slab to the top face of the steel beam from the ground and then transporting the slab to the operation position of the slab erecting device. The traction system is mainly composed of a winch, a steel wire rope and a guide frame and is mainly used for completing longitudinal traction movement of the slab erecting device and the slab transportation trolley. The slab erecting device adopted by the method is simple in structure, light in size and capable of being directly arranged on the top face of the steel beam, through combined operation of all systems, block-by-block erecting of the full-width prefabricated bridge deck slabs can be achieved, influences of the construction environment are avoided, operation is easy, investment of large equipment is not needed, temporary measure assistance is not needed, and influences on the periphery in the installation process are small.
本发明涉及一种用于钢混叠合梁全宽预制桥面板架设的施工方法,该方法采用由架板装置、桥面板运输系统、牵引系统组成的联合作业系统,完成全宽预制桥面板在钢梁顶面的逐块安装。桥面板架设装置直接布置在钢梁顶面,桥面板运输系统由轨道、运板小车、起吊设备组成,负责预制桥面板从地面提升至钢梁顶面再运输至架板装置作业位置;牵引系统主要由卷扬机、钢丝绳、导向架组成,主要用以完成加班装置以及运板小车的纵向牵引移动。该方法采用的架板装置结构简单、体积轻便,可直接在钢梁顶面布置,通过各个系统的联合作业,可实现全宽预制桥面板的逐块架设,不受施工环境影响,操作简单,无需大型设备的投入,无需临时措施辅助、安装过程对周边影响小。
