The invention discloses a deicing and drainage device for a monitorable pavement of a road and a bridge road. The device comprises: a connecting support and a first impact unit arranged on one side of the lower end of the connecting support; a fixed transverse plate which is arranged on the first impact unit, wherein first driving oil cylinders are installed on the two sides of the upper end of the first impact unit; a lower protection box body which is arranged at the output rod end of the first driving oil cylinder and fixed to the output rod end of the first driving oil cylinder, wherein a middle cavity is formed in the lower protection box body; and impact assemblies which are arranged in the middle cavity, wherein the multiple sets of impact assemblies are arranged in the middle cavity. The effects that an ice layer is crushed in advance to crack the ice layer, and subsequent crushing and collecting are facilitated are achieved, so that the problems that crushing blades of a rotating roller rotate and slip on the ice layer and are difficult to insert into the ice layer to perform crushing and deicing work are effectively avoided.
