Construction method for foundation pit support close to existing operating railway
The invention discloses a construction method for supporting a foundation pit close to an existing operating railway. The construction method comprises the steps that a, cast-in-place piles are poured on the periphery of the foundation pit to be excavated according to the cast-in-situ bored pile foundation principle; b, a pile head is broken and removed, a formwork is installed after cleaning, a top beam is poured, and the cast-in-place pile and the top beam are connected into a whole; c, the foundation pit is excavated, the foundation pit is excavated mechanically, manual renovation is assisted, and the base should be widened by 0.8 m compared with the plane size of the foundation to serve as a reserved working face; digging is conducted while a pre-stressed anchor cable is driven into the side wall close to the existing operating railway; and d, finalization of a protective barrier enclosure is conducted. The construction method is based on the principle of safety, reasonability and convenient construction, meanwhile, the situation that cost is increased or construction cannot be conducted due to the fact that space is narrow, and large loads exist on the edge of the foundation pit is avoided, the construction unit cost is saved, construction efficiency is high, and the safety coefficient is high.
本发明公布了一种临近既有运营铁路的基坑支护施工方法,步骤为:a、利用钻孔灌注桩基原理在待挖的基坑周边浇筑灌注桩;b、破除桩头、清理后安装模板浇筑冠梁,使所述灌注桩和所述冠梁连成一个整体;c、基坑开挖,采用机械开挖基坑并辅以人工整修,基底应比基础的平面尺寸增宽0.8m作为预留作业面;边挖边向靠近既有运营铁路的侧壁中打入预应力锚索;d、定型化防护栏杆围护。本发明的施工方法基于安全合理,方便施工的原则,同时避免因空间狭小、基坑边缘有较大荷载等众多工况影响造成成本增加或者无法进行施工,节约建设单位成本,施工效率高,安全系数高。
