The invention relates to the technical field of heat-preservation materials, in particular to a heat-preservation, heat-insulation and fire-resistant composite board and a preparation method thereof. The composite board comprises a heat insulation core layer and a heat preservation shell, the heat preservation shell comprises a top heat preservation shell body and a bottom heat preservation shell body, and the top heat preservation shell and the bottom heat preservation shell are connected in a mortise and tenon joint mode. The heat-preservation, heat-insulation and fire-resistant composite board and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages that (1) the composite board adopts the synergistic effect of the heat insulation core layer and the heat insulation shell, the efficient heat insulation effect is achieved, it is ensured that the indoor temperature is appropriate, energy conservation and emission reduction are promoted from the source, and the composite board has important significance on development of the building industry in China; (2) a plastic supporting structure is additionally arranged in the composite board heat preservation shell, so that the polyurethane heat insulation core layer and a rock wool board heat preservation shell have mechanical anchoring while being chemically bonded, it is guaranteed that a composite board fixing structure plays a long-acting role in heat preservation, heat insulation and fire resistance, and (3) the modified PP is adopted to improve the heat resistance, cold resistance and dimensional stability of a supporting accessory and a connecting plate, the tendency of deformation and cracking of the supporting structure under the conditions of high temperature and low temperature is inhibited, and the comprehensive performance of a composite board is further improved.
