The invention discloses a kitchen and bath suspended ceiling prefabricated structure. The kitchen and bath suspended ceiling prefabricated structure comprises a formwork, a kitchen suspended ceiling space and a bathroom suspended ceiling space, wherein the kitchen suspended ceiling space and the bathroom suspended ceiling space are arranged in the formwork and adjacent to each other; a fresh air ventilator, an air conditioner and a kitchen water supply port are prefabricated in the kitchen suspended ceiling space; a water heater, a water segregator, a bathroom water supply port and an exhaust port are prefabricated in the bathroom suspended ceiling space; and the fresh air ventilator and the air conditioner are connected with corresponding air inlet and outlet pipelines, the water heater, the water segregator and the bathroom water supply port are connected with corresponding water inlet and outlet pipelines, and the exhaust port is connected with an exhaust inlet pipeline of the fresh air ventilator to form an integral prefabricated structure. On one hand, the construction period can be greatly shortened, transportation is convenient and fast, and the kitchen and bath formwork prefabricated in advance can be integrally transported; and on the other hand, all parts of the wind-water set are prefabricated in the suspended ceiling space, the indoor space utilization rate can be increased, the appearance is neat and simple, and the comfort degree is high.
