The invention relates to a reinforced bonding method for spraying rigid foam polyurethane to a thermal insulation material and leveling layer for a building outer wall, and belongs to the technical field of building external wall thermal insulation. According to the method, sprayed rigid foam polyurethane made of an external wall thermal insulation material is adopted, cement anti-crack mortar serving as a leveling layer material on the surface of the sprayed rigid foam polyurethane, cement steel nails serving as a reinforcing rib material, and a cavity in a sprayed rigid foam polyurethane foam body serving as a bonding enhancing measure. The leveling layer is formed by a method of respectively smearing cement anti-crack mortar into a cavity in a sprayed rigid foam polyurethane foam body and implanting cement steel nails into the cavity in the sprayed rigid foam polyurethane foam body, and stable and reliable adhesion between the leveling layer and the sprayed rigid foam polyurethane is enhanced.
