Drilling-free brickwork bar planting method
The invention discloses a drilling-free brickwork bar planting method. The method comprises the following steps: prefabricating an embedded cylinder and a connecting cylinder, arranging a plurality of elastic clamps on the inner wall of the embedded cylinder at intervals in the axial direction of the embedded cylinder, or arranging internal threads on the inner wall of the embedded cylinder, wherein the inner end of each elastic clamp is obliquely arranged in the axis direction of the elastic clamp and can deform under extrusion of external force; arranging external threads or extrusion connectors matched with the embedded cylinder on the outer wall of the connecting cylinder, wherein the extrusion connectors are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the connecting cylinder, and the distance between every two adjacent extrusion connectors is matched with the axial length of the elastic clamp; prefabricating a formwork, and pasting a transparent adhesive tape pasted after holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the embedded steel bars, of the formwork; erecting the formwork and pouring concrete; and after initial setting of the concrete, inserting the pre-embedded cylinder and the pulling and connecting steel bars with the connecting cylinders sequentially, to complete steel bar planting.
