The invention discloses a household self-starting type smoke-proof and fireproof door which comprises a door frame and a door body which are made of refractory materials, wherein two rotating grooves are formed in the door frame, a door shaft is rotatably connected into each rotating groove, a connecting plate is fixedly connected to each door shaft, the two connecting plates and the door body are jointly and fixedly connected with the door body, a plurality of honeycomb cavities are formed in the door body, and each honeycomb cavity is provided with through holes which are communicated with one another. The door has the advantages that when the door body is in an open state and a fire occurs indoors, air temperature rise is caused by fire, heat is transferred through a heat conducting strip, evaporated liquor in a sliding cavity is heated to be vaporized and expanded, and a piston block and a push rod are pushed to slide towards a control cavity to push a rack, so that a gear rotates to enable the door body to be automatically closed with the door frame, and therefore, oxygen is prevented from entering and indoor flames are prevented from spreading outwards.
