The invention relates to a ventilation curtain wall, in particular to an external circulation convection double-layer ventilation curtain wall. The technical problem is to provide the external circulation convection double-layer ventilation curtain wall which can control the ventilation state and has a sunshade function. The external circulation convection double-layer ventilation curtain wall comprises a frame body and a first glass plate, wherein the first glass plate is installed on one side of the frame body; a second glass plate installed on the lower portion of the side, away from the first glass plate, of the frame body; and a special-shaped frame installed on the upper portion of the inner side of the frame body in a sliding mode. An electric push rod is used as driving force to drive the special-shaped frame to move downwards, so that rotating glass and a baffle are driven to rotate to be opened, indoor air can be exhausted outdoors through a filter plate on the upper side, then a movable wind shield is manually pulled upwards, outdoor air can enter a room through a filter plate on the lower side, and the purpose of ventilation is achieved.
