The invention provides a preparation method of a B4C-SiC double-layer composite material, and the B4C-SiC double-layer composite material. The preparation method of the B4C-SiC double-layer composite material comprises the steps that a B4C powdery material and a SiC sandy material serve as raw materials and are mixed and batched in a certain mode, and then the mixed and batched materials are subjected to press-fit forming and high-temperature calcination, wherein the addition ratio of the B4C powdery material to the SiC sandy material is 1: 1.5. The preparation method specifically comprises the steps of raw material primary treatment, mixing and batching, press-fit molding and high-temperature calcination, and in the mixing and batching process, the B4C powdery material and the SiC sandy material can be mixed according to a group A mixing mode or a group B mixing mode, then press-fit molding is performed, and high-temperature calcination is performed. According to the preparation method of the B4C-SiC double-layer composite material, the SiC sandy material is used as a main filling material, the B4C powdery material is used as a wrapping and bonding material, and batching is conducted according to the corresponding proportion to obtain the high-strength composite material.
