Turnout roller device
The invention provides a turnout roller device, which comprises a roller body frame and a roller body installed in the roller body frame, and the roller body frame is provided with a ballast blocking plate. The roller body is composed of a mandrel, a mandrel outer bearing and a bearing outer roller. The shaft end of the mandrel is provided with a flat-milling structure; a gasket group is arranged between the flat milling structure and the roller body frame; and the gasket group is used for heightening the roller body and limiting the displacement of the roller body in the roller body frame. The problem that the roller body is easily eroded by slurry is solved; the gasket group is adopted, the height of the roller body is effectively prevented from changing, and stable displacement of the switch rail is guaranteed; the structure is simple, operation is stable, safe and reliable.
