A higher vibration reduction fastener of an urban rail transit rail comprises an under-rail pad, an upper iron base plate, a middle vibration reduction pad, a vibration isolation plate, an under-plate vibration reduction pad, a lower iron base plate, an insulation coupling base plate and a fixing device. The under-rail pad, the upper iron backing plate, the middle anti-vibration pad, the vibration isolation plate, the under-plate anti-vibration pad, the lower iron backing plate and the insulation coupling backing plate are arranged layer by layer from top to bottom; the fastener has the beneficial effects that the lower iron base plate of the fastener is of an integrated structure, so that the transverse stability of the fastener is improved; three layers of elastic base plates are adopted, so that the fastener achieves a better damping effect; by adjusting a nut of the pre-tightening bolt system, the assembling efficiency of the fastener is greatly improved, and on-site installation and maintenance are very convenient; and by arranging a drainage structure, it can be guaranteed that components in the device cannot be eroded or damaged, meanwhile, the friction effect between the components of the device is improved, and the use reliability of the device is guaranteed.
