The invention relates to the technical field of road traffic safety facilities, in particular to an anti-glare panel which comprises an anti-glare panel body and a base arranged at the bottom of the anti-glare panel body; the base is horizontally arranged, and the bottom of the anti-glare panel body is fixed to the base; wherein the anti-glare panel body is in an inverted S shape, and the lower portion of the anti-glare panel body is sequentially thickened to be in a gradually-changing line shape. The invention further discloses a strength analysis wind load loading method of the anti-glare panel. According to the anti-glare panel, the structure with the thickened lower portion is further adopted on the basis of the anti-glare panel body in the shape of the inverted-S-shaped spline curve, and the wind resistance of the anti-glare panel is improved; and meanwhile, the structural strength of the junction position of the anti-glare panel and the base is improved, and the possibility that the bottom of the anti-glare panel is broken under the action of strong wind is reduced.
