The invention discloses an anti-leakage oil collecting device of an overwater oil drilling platform. The anti-leakage oil collecting device comprises an oil collecting device body, a plurality of dispersing mechanisms and corrugated push plates between any two adjacent dispersing mechanisms, wherein a round structure is formed between the dispersing mechanism and the corrugated push plate, the round structure covers the oil collecting device, the oil collecting device is installed on an external existing collecting device, and the driving power of the oil collecting device is matched with a driving track of the dispersing mechanism. The device has the beneficial effects that leaked oil is conveniently collected, water quality pollution caused by oil leakage and diffusion in the oil exploitation process is avoided, and meanwhile, collection and recycling of resources are effectively improved, and energy conservation is achieved.
