The construction method comprises the steps that (1) a water stop enclosure body and a top beam are constructed; (2) excavation construction is conducted on a first excavation area; (3) upper inclined anchor rods, lower inclined anchor rods and supports are installed and constructed; (4) excavation construction is conducted on a second excavation area; (5) primary driving construction is carried out on first steel sheet piles; (6) stay cable is installed; (7) excavation construction is conducted on a third excavation area; (8) a second steel sheet pile is driven and a first recyclable anchor rod is installed and constructed; (9) a fourth excavation area is excavated and a second recyclable anchor rod is installed and constructed; (10) a first reinforced concrete bottom plate is constructed; (11) a first inclined strut is installed and constructed; (12) a fifth excavation area is excavated and a second inclined strut is installed and constructed; and (13) excavation construction is carried out on a sixth excavation area. The construction method of the foundation pit supporting structure combining soil retaining, back pressure and cable-stayed support has the beneficial effects that a stacked steel sheet pile structure with a cable-stayed supporting system for resisting lateral displacement is arranged on the outer side of a soil retaining area, so that the soil retaining area has the advantages of being small in occupied space, large in lateral displacement resisting rigidity and high in stability.
