The support comprises two supports, wherein the two supports are connected with a supporting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises a plate frame, a supporting net and a placing groove, the two supports are both provided with the placing grooves, the plate frame is jointly arranged in the two placing grooves, the supporting net is fixedly connected to the plate frame, adjusting mechanisms are connected to the interiors of the two supports, each adjusting mechanism comprises a fixing sleeve, a threaded column, a first connecting rod, a rotary knob and a push plate, the fixing sleeves are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the two supports, the threaded columns are in threaded connection with the interiors of the two fixing sleeves correspondingly, the push plates are rotatably connected to the two threaded columns correspondingly, the two rotary knobs are movably connected with the two supports correspondingly, fixing mechanisms are connected to the interiors of the two supports correspondingly, the soft rock can be supported, and therefore, the soft rock is not prone to collapse.
