The invention relates to a truss laminated slab and a manufacturing method. The truss laminated slab comprises a bottom plate which is a flat plate with a preset thickness; connecting assemblies are arranged in the bottom plate in the length direction and protrude out of the surface of the bottom plate by a preset distance; first connecting pieces are arranged above the bottom plate in the width direction and connected with the top ends of the protruding connecting assemblies; multiple trusses are arranged above the bottom plate in the length direction, and the multiple trusses are connected with multiple first connecting pieces; a reinforcing mesh is arranged above the bottom plate, and the reinforcing mesh is arranged between the first connecting piece and the truss. According to the laminated slab, horizontal reinforcing bars do not extend out of the periphery of the laminated slab, the stress state of a bidirectional slab can be formed under the condition of closely splicing slab joints by arranging the reinforcing mesh, no post-pouring area exists at the joint position, and the construction process is simplified while the construction quality is guaranteed.
