According to the high-efficiency garbage transportation system for the high-rise building, the garbage transportation pipeline is fixed on the wall by utilizing the fixing device, and a garbage inlet pipe is connected to each floor, so that building garbage can be directly poured into the transportation pipeline on each floor during cleaning of the garbage in the building, and the cleaning speed of the garbage in building stairs can be greatly increased; and meanwhile, the garbage treatment device is arranged at the bottom of the transportation pipeline, and the garbage is classified and humidified by utilizing the garbage treatment device, so that the garbage is classified and humidified, and the environment can be prevented from being polluted by a large amount of dust.
