The invention provides a power supply circuit of an intelligent lock and the intelligent lock. The power supply circuit comprises a first photovoltaic panel which is arranged on a first surface of the intelligent lock and is used for collecting light energy of ambient light and converting the collected light energy into electric energy; a second photovoltaic panel which is arranged on a second surface of the intelligent lock and used for collecting light energy of ambient light and converting the collected light energy into electric energy; a first power processing chip of which the input end is connected with the parallel end of the first photovoltaic panel and the second photovoltaic panel; a power supply; a second power processing chip of which the input end is connected with the power supply; and a third power processing chip of which the output end is connected with a power supply interface of the intelligent lock. The power supply is connected with the parallel end of the first photovoltaic panel and the parallel end of the second photovoltaic panel in parallel through the output end of the first power processing chip and the output end of the second power processing chip, and is connected with the input end of the third power processing chip. A working power supply is provided for the intelligent lock through the photovoltaic panels, and the cruising ability of the intelligent lock is improved.
