High-performance alkali-activated slag-based seawater coral aggregate concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides high-performance alkali-activated slag-based seawater coral aggregate concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is formed by mixing industrial waste residues, an alkali activator, fibers, coral reef sand, coral reef stones and seawater, wherein the industrial waste residues are formed by a mixture of slag, fly ash and silica fume. According to the invention, the coal ash and the silica fume in a certain ratio are doped to overcome the defects that an alkali-activated full-slag cementing material is short in setting time and large in shrinkage, and the strength characteristic of concrete cannot be affected; the fibers are doped to effectively improve the toughness and crack resistance of the coral aggregate concrete; and meanwhile, shrinkage of the alkali-activated slag cementing material can be relieved to a certain extent through the restraining effect of the fibers. The concrete is suitable for a marine environment, and the purposes of environmental protection, high strength and high durability are achieved.
