High-fluidity lightweight high-strength concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-fluidity lightweight high-strength concrete. The concrete comprises, by weight, 500 to 600 parts of cement, 300 to 400 parts of silica fume, 50 to 100 parts of mineral powder, 50 to 70 parts of glass beads, 50 to 150 parts of fly ash, 10 to 30 parts of light sand, 50 to 100 parts of yellow sand, 1 to 10 parts of a viscosity reducer, 130 to 150 parts of water, 25 to 35 parts of a water reducing agent and 50 to 160 parts of steel fibers. A preparation method is simple, and the prepared concrete has the advantages of low volume weight, high strength, good fluidity and pumpability.
