The invention relates to self-compacting fair-faced concrete based on volcanic rock limestone powder and a preparation method thereof. The self-compacting fair-faced concrete comprises the following components: Lhasa andesite macadam, Lhasa granite machine-made sand, volcanic rock limestone powder, copper slag powder, cement, a polycarboxylic acid water reducer and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, uniformly stirring and mixing the Lhasa andesite macadam, the Lhasa granite machine-made sand, the volcanic rock limestone powder, the copper slag powder and the cement to obtain dry powder; and uniformly stirring a polycarboxylic acid water reducer, water and other liquids, pouring into the dry powder, and mechanically stirring to obtain the self-compacting fair-faced concrete. Compared with the prior art, the method can effectively utilize rocks or industrial byproducts such as Lhasa andesite macadam, Lhasa granite machine-made sand, volcanic rock limestone powder in Tibet area and copper slag powder which have large reserves but low utilization rate in Tibet area, realizes local material utilization, and reduces the cost. And the resource utilization in the field of building materials is promoted.
本发明涉及一种基于火山岩石灰石粉的自密实清水混凝土及制备方法,自密实清水混凝土包括以下组分:拉萨安山岩碎石、拉萨花岗岩机制砂、火山岩石灰石粉、铜矿渣粉、水泥、聚羧酸系减水剂以及水;制备方法包括:首先将拉萨安山岩碎石、拉萨花岗岩机制砂、火山岩石灰石粉、铜矿渣粉和水泥搅拌混合均匀,得到干粉料;然后将聚羧酸系减水剂与水等液体搅拌均匀后倒入干粉料中,机械搅拌后即得到自密实清水混凝土。与现有技术相比,本发明可有效利用拉萨安山岩碎石、拉萨花岗岩机制砂、西藏地区火山岩石灰石粉及铜矿渣粉这些在西藏地区储量较大但是利用率较低的岩石或工业副产物,实现就地取材、降低成本,并促进其在建筑材料领域中的资源化利用。
