The invention relates to the field of waterproof coiled materials, and particularly discloses a macromolecular self-adhesive film pre-laid waterproof coiled material with an isolation coating, the macromolecular self-adhesive film pre-laid waterproof coiled material with the isolation coating sequentially comprises a macromolecular material layer, a self-adhesive layer and an isolation layer, the isolation layer is formed by coating the isolation coating on the self-adhesive layer and curing, and the isolating layer is prepared from the following components: water-based acrylic emulsion, titanium dioxide, an initiator, a dispersing agent, a surfactant, starch, borax, other auxiliaries and water. The isolating layer is adopted to replace sand grains and is easy to dissolve when meeting water, so that the construction process is simple, and meanwhile, the production cost is greatly reduced. The starch improves the toughness of the isolating layer, accelerates the production rate, and further saves the cost. The borax further improves the toughness of the isolating layer and also improves the bonding strength of the concrete and the self-adhesive layer.
