The invention relates to the technical field of municipal roads, and in particular, relates to a fabricated environment-friendly water-permeable concrete road which comprises two road shoulder stones which are parallel to each other and are arranged at an interval. The fabricated environment-friendly water-permeable concrete road further comprises a plurality of prefabricated units connected to the two road shoulder stones, the plurality of prefabricated units are sequentially distributed in the length direction of the road shoulder stones, and each prefabricated unit comprises a plurality of edge surrounding ribs, a water-permeable part and a supporting rib connected between the two road shoulder stones and used for supporting the water-permeable part; and the surrounding edge ribs are sequentially connected end to end, the middles of the surrounding edge ribs define a water-permeable containing cavity, and the water-permeable containing cavity is filled with the water-permeable part and fixedly connected with the water-permeable part. The fabricated environment-friendly water-permeable concrete road has the effects of reducing the steps of casting the water-permeable part in situ, reducing pollution to the field environment and shortening the construction period.
