The invention provides a self-generating deceleration strip which comprises a first deceleration strip plate, a first movable shaft, a second deceleration strip plate, a first spring, a placement groove and a third deceleration strip plate, the first deceleration strip plate is fixed to the road, the first movable shaft is fixed in the first deceleration strip plate, one side of the second deceleration strip plate is hinged to the first movable shaft, a third deceleration strip plate is adjacent to the other side of the second deceleration strip plate, a third deceleration strip plate is fixed to the road, a placement groove is formed below the second deceleration strip plate, the lower surface of the second deceleration strip plate is connected with the upper ends of a plurality of first springs, and the bottom end of the placement groove is connected with the lower ends of the first springs. When a vehicle passes through the self-generating deceleration strip, wheels sequentially pass through the first deceleration strip plate, the second deceleration strip plate, the third deceleration strip plate and the second deceleration strip plate to bear the weight of the vehicle and then compress the first spring, so that the total height of the self-generating deceleration strip is gradually reduced, the acceleration and the height generated in the vertical direction when the vehicle passes through are reduced, and bumping of the vehicle is reduced.
