The offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation comprises a suction cylinder, a stand column and the turbulence bars; the suction cylinder is buried in a seabed, and the top end face of the suction cylinder is exposed out of the seabed; the suction cylinder is connected with the stand column; the turbulence bars are at least arranged on the top end face of the suction cylinder and protrude upwards from the top end face of the suction cylinder; and the extension direction of the turbulence bars is parallel to the top end face of the suction cylinder. According to the offshore wind power suction cylinder foundation, the turbulence bars are arranged on the suction cylinder for active turbulence, and the effects of tidal current energy dissipation and impact reduction and pile foundation protection are achieved.
