According to the adopted scheme, a steel bar frame piece is manufactured in a factory, a connector is installed on the steel bar frame piece, a groove is formed in the outer side face of a heat preservation board, an installation through hole is formed in the groove, a connecting cap is installed in the installation through hole, the column head part of the connecting cap is located in the groove, and the column body part of the connecting cap is located in the installation through hole; and the steel bar frame piece is installed on the heat preservation board in the factory or installed on the heat preservation board on a construction site, and a protection gap is formed between an outer side steel bar and the heat preservation board. The problems that an existing wall construction mode is low in construction efficiency and high in cost, and the heat preservation board and a base layer wall are not firmly combined are solved.
本发明提供了一种保温装饰结构一体化墙板的制造方法，涉及建筑保温结构一体化装配式技术领域，采用的方案是：在工厂内制作钢筋架片，在钢筋架片上安装连接头，在保温板的外侧面开设凹槽，凹槽中开设安装通孔，将连接帽安装到安装通孔中，连接帽的柱头部位于凹槽中，连接帽的柱身部位于安装通孔中；在工厂内将钢筋架片安装到保温板上或者在施工现场将钢筋架片安装到保温板上，外侧钢筋与保温板之间具有防护间隙。解决了目前现有墙体施工方式存在的施工效率低、成本高、保温板与基层墙体结合不牢靠等问题。
