Light steel building wall and prefabrication and installation method thereof
The invention provides a light steel building wall and a prefabrication and installation method thereof. The light steel building wall comprises a main body and a light steel framework, wherein the light steel framework is fixedly connected to the interior of the main body; an embedding groove rectangular groove is formed in an opening in one side of the main body; rotating shafts which are embedded with arc grooves in a threaded mode are arranged on the protruding parts of the upper side and the lower side of an embedding block in an embedded mode; a plurality of embedding square blocks are arranged in the middle of one side, embedded with the embedding groove, of the light steel framework in an embedded mode; square grooves which are embedded with the embedding square blocks are formed in an opening, embedded in one side of the embedding block, of the light steel framework; attaching groove rectangular grooves are formed in the surfaces of the two sides of the embedding square blocks; and circular shafts which are embedded with the attaching grooves are arranged on the protruding parts of the two sides of the middle of the square grooves. According to the light steel building wall, the embedding square blocks can be driven to extend by pushing the combination of the main body when the main bodies are combined and spliced together, so that the embedding square blocks can be connected with the light steel framework in another main body in an embedded mode, and the connection between the main bodies cannot be stably connected only through riveting of the surfaces of the main bodies.
一种轻钢建筑墙体及其预制安装方法,包括有主体和轻钢骨架,主体内部固定连接有轻钢骨架,主体一侧开口设置有嵌合槽长方形状凹槽,嵌合块上下两侧凸出部分嵌合设置有与圆弧槽螺纹嵌合的转轴,轻钢骨架嵌合嵌合槽一侧中部嵌合设置有若干嵌合方块方块,轻钢骨架嵌合在嵌合块一侧开口设置有与嵌合方块嵌合的方形凹槽,嵌合方块两侧表面设置有贴合槽长方形状凹槽,方形凹槽中部两侧凸出部分与贴合槽嵌合的圆轴。通过该装置设置的嵌合方块能够在主体相互组合拼接在一起的时候,通过推动主体的组合来带动嵌合方块进行延伸,让其能够与另外一个主体中的轻钢骨架进行嵌合连接,使得主体之间的连接不会只单单通过其表面的铆接来进行稳定连接。
