The invention provides a construction method of an artificial board curtain wall. The method comprises the following steps of mounting upright posts and cross beams in a mounting mode from bottom to top; installing a plain color panel on an installed and fixed keel; checking the installed plain color panel so as to check the position of the section, cleaning dust and stains on the section, treating the section with an interface agent or seal primer, using adhesive mortar for primary filling, and using exterior wall putty for repairing the surface modeling contour again after the adhesive mortar is dried, so that repairing of a base face is completed; and constructing a veneer, cleaning and leveling the base face, and brushing a facing layer on the base face. According to the construction method, the plain color panel is installed first, after the panel is installed, the bumped position in the installation process is repaired, and then paint is sprayed to the overall veneer in a unified mode, so that the paint on the veneer is consistent in gloss and free of repairing traces, and damage to the veneer in the installation process and traces left after repairing are avoided.
本发明提供了一种人造板材幕墙的施工方法，该方法包括：按照自下至上的安装方式，进行立柱以及横梁的安装；在安装固定的龙骨上，进行素色面板的安装；对安装的素色面板进行检查以核实断面位置，并对断面灰尘污渍进行清洁，采用界面剂或封闭底漆处理断面，使用粘结砂浆进行初步填补，待粘结砂浆干燥后，使用外墙腻子对表面造型轮廓进行再次修补，完成基面的修补；饰面施工步骤，对基面进行清洁处理和找平，并对基面涂刷饰面层。本发明中幕墙采用先安装素色面板，面板安装完成后，对安装过程中磕碰处进行修补后统一进行整体面层涂料喷涂，使得面层涂料光泽一致，无修补痕迹可，避免安装过程中对饰面层的损坏及修补后遗留的痕迹。
