Inner wall painting process
The invention discloses an inner wall painting process. The inner wall painting process comprises the following steps of (S1) preparing for inner wall cleaning; (S2) preparing an interface agent; (S3) painting a layer of interface agent on the surface of a base layer through a roller coating tool, wherein the roller coating tool comprises a handle, a mounting frame and a brush cylinder, the mounting frame is connected to one end of the handle, the brush cylinder comprises a cylinder core and bristles covering the peripheral face of the cylinder core, rotating shafts are arranged at the two ends of the cylinder core in a protruding mode respectively, the rotating shafts are rotationally connected with the mounting frame, a balance weight part penetrates through the cylinder core and deviates from the axis of the cylinder core, the mounting frame is provided with a scraping rod which is used for scraping the bristles, and the scraping rod is parallel to the axis of the cylinder core; (S4) airing and drying; (S5) maintaining and protecting a finished product; and (S6) painting finish paint through the roller coating tool after the interface agent is aired and dried. According to the inner wall painting process, excessive paint can be scraped off through the scraping rod after the roller coating tool is dipped in the paint, the time for waiting for dripping of the paint is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
