The invention discloses a waterproof connecting structure of an expansion square cabin and a tent. The waterproof connecting structure comprises a square cabin main body and a waterproof assembly, wherein the square cabin main body comprises a square cabin expansion body and a connecting tent; the square cabin expansion body is connected to one side of a square cabin fixing body; the connecting tent is movably arranged at one end of the square cabin expansion body; the waterproof assembly comprises a water shielding plate and a driver; the water shielding plate is slidably arranged on the top of the square cabin expansion body; and the driver is positioned at one side of the square cabin expansion body and is connected with the water shielding plate. Through the connecting tent, a plurality of expansion square cabins can be connected in series according to requirements to form a sealed system; the work of medical personnel is convenient; the sealing performance is good; the connection intensity is reliable; in addition, a waterproof structure is added at the outside; and the water leakage in rainy days is avoided.
