The device comprises a box body part and a movable vertical plate, wherein the box body part is used for containing a warning tape, a central rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the box body part, one end of the warning tape is wound around the central rotating shaft, and the box body part is further provided with a warning lamp and a microswitch which is used for turning on and turning off the warning lamp; the movable vertical plate is connected with one end, away from the central rotating shaft, of the warning tape and is convexly provided with a first bulge; when the warning tape is completely contained in the box body part, the first bulge abuts against the microswitch, and the warning lamp is controlled to turn off by the microswitch; and when the warning tape partially extends out of the box body part, the first bulge does not abut against the microswitch, and the warning lamp is controlled to turn on by the microswitch. According to the warning tape device, the first bulge is matched with the microswitch, so that the on-off state of the warning lamp can be determined according to the condition whether the warning tape extends out of the box body or not, the operation process of the warning tape device is simplified through the improvement, the working efficiency of constructors is improved, and the risk of misoperation is reduced.
