The grouting material is prepared from, by weight, 800-1200 parts of a solid waste source cementing material, 50-120 parts of a mineral admixture, 400-600 parts of ultrafine powder, 6-9 parts of a water reducing agent, 20-40 parts of an expanding agent, 0.5-1 part of a defoaming agent, 30-50 parts of a thickening time control agent and 5-10 parts of a coagulation accelerator. The grouting material prepared from a large amount of industrial waste has the advantages of remarkable low temperature resistance, controllable setting time, proper initial setting time and final setting time, higher compressive strength and fracture resistance, zero free bleeding rate, stable performance and simplicity and convenience in use, and can be widely applied to railway construction.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种基于固废源高活性粉体材料的低温型管道压浆材料及其制备方法,用于混凝土构件孔道压浆。由以下重量份原料组成:固废源胶凝材料800‑1200份,矿物掺合料50‑120份,超细粉400‑600份,减水剂6‑9份,膨胀剂20‑40份,消泡剂0.5‑1份,调凝剂30‑50份,促凝剂5‑10份。本发明利用大宗工业废弃物,制备得到的压浆材料抗低温效果显著,凝结时间可控,具有适宜的初凝时间和终凝时间,抗压强度与抗折较高,零自由泌水率,性能稳定,使用简单方便,可广泛应用在铁路施工中。
