The invention discloses a multifunctional offshore exploration platform. The multifunctional offshore exploration platform comprises a survey platform, wherein a survey opening is formed in the center of the survey platform; a protecting ring is welded to the edge of the survey opening; a protective fence is fixedly welded to the center of the survey platform; anti-slipping grains are arranged at the upper end, which is close to the outer side of the protective fence, of the survey platform; supporting mechanisms are arranged at four corners of the survey platform; a lifting mechanism is arranged between each supporting mechanism and the survey platform and comprises a positioning portion which sleeves the outer side of the supporting mechanism; a supporting block is arranged at the rear end of each positioning portion; and a driving portion is arranged at one end of each positioning portion. According to the multifunctional offshore exploration platform, the height of the survey platform can be adjusted according to change of the water level of a shallow water region on the sea so as to adapt to change of the water surface, the adjusting mode is flexible, adjustment is automatic, and the multifunctional offshore exploration platform is practical.
