The invention provides a construction method of a high-pressure jet grouting pile in a quicksand stratum. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a jet grouting drill rod of a high-pressure jet grouting drilling machine is used for drilling a hole downwards to the designed depth at the foundation construction position; (2) the jet grouting drill rod is driven to jet-grout bentonite slurry, and meanwhile the jet grouting drill rod is lifted, so that the bentonite slurry forms a bentonite slurry jet grouting pile in the hole position; (3) the jet grouting drill rod is driven to be inserted into the bentonite slurry jet grouting pile again to the designed depth; and (4) the jet grouting drill rod is driven to jet-grout cement slurry, and meanwhile the jet grouting drill rod is lifted, so that the high-pressure jet grouting pile is formed in the hole position. According to the construction method, the two-step pile forming mode is adopted, the bentonite slurry is jet-grouted in the hole position of a foundation, the bentonite slurry jet grouting pile is formed, then the cement slurry is jet-grouted in the bentonite slurry jet grouting pile, and therefore the high-pressure jet grouting pile of the bentonite and the cement slurry is formed, the pile forming quality of the high-pressure jet grouting pile in the quicksand stratum is effectively improved, and the frequency of repeated jetting is reduced.
本发明提供了一种高压旋喷桩在流砂地层中的施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)用高压旋喷钻机的旋喷钻杆在地基施工位置处向下钻孔至设计深度;(2)一边驱使旋喷钻杆旋喷膨润土泥浆,一边提升旋喷钻杆,使得膨润土泥浆在孔位内形成膨润土泥浆旋喷桩;(3)驱使旋喷钻杆重新插入膨润土泥浆旋喷桩至设计深度;(4)一边驱使旋喷钻杆旋喷水泥浆,一边提升旋喷钻杆,从而在孔位内形成高压旋喷桩。本发明通过两步成桩的方式,先在地基的孔位内旋喷膨润土泥浆并形成膨润土泥浆旋喷桩,再在膨润土泥浆旋喷桩内旋喷水泥浆,从而形成膨润土+水泥浆的高压旋喷桩,有效提高了高压旋喷桩在流砂层中的成桩质量,减少复喷的次数。
