Steel sleeve joint for connecting steel pipe inner support-retaining structure
The invention discloses a steel sleeve joint for connecting a steel pipe inner support-retaining structure. The joint consists of an embedded steel plate, mold bag concrete and a steel sleeve. One end of the joint structure is connected with a side wall of a foundation pit, and the other end of the joint structure is connected with the steel pipe inner support. The embedded steel plate is poured in a retaining structure diaphragm wall. The steel sleeve is composed of an upper half sleeve and a lower half sleeve, and a flange with a certain length extends out of the side face and is fixed and fastened through high-strength bolts. The cylindrical mold bag is placed in the steel sleeve. After concrete pouring work is completed, one end of a film bag is tightly attached to the embedded steel plate, and the other end of the film bag abuts against the steel pipe support. The fixing steel plate is used for bearing the steel pipe inner support, and the fixing steel wedge is arranged in the steel sleeve and used for limiting horizontal displacement of the inner support. The mold bag is a breathable and permeable material, water in concrete is discharged through extrusion, the water cement ratio is reduced, and the strength is improved. Compared with a common steel wedge type adjustable end, the eccentricity problem of the inner support can be remarkably solved, the bearing capacity of the inner support is improved, and the mold bag has a wide application prospect.
