Steel corrugated plate-mold bag concrete supporting structure for circular foundation pit
The invention discloses a steel corrugated plate-mold bag concrete supporting structure for a circular foundation pit and a construction method thereof. The inner side surface of a mold bag is firmly adhered to a steel corrugated plate segment through a waterproof sealant and completely attached to segment corrugations, and an external thread at a grouting hole and on one side outside the steel corrugated plate segment of a simple one-way valve penetrates out of the segment and is pressed by a thin nut with an adaptive size. Every two adjacent steel corrugated plate pipe pieces are positioned through bolt holes reserved in end flanges, every two adjacent rings of steel corrugated plate pipe pieces are positioned through bolt holes reserved in side flanges, and every two rings are spliced in a staggered joint mode and connected through high-strength bolts. After one ring structure is assembled, two optional mold bags opposite in position are subjected to opposite-side concrete pouring, and the remaining mold bags are poured clockwise with the mold bags as the axis. According to the invention, the defect of grout runout and leakage during back grouting of the foundation pit support structure is overcome, the stress performance of the steel corrugated plate segment is improved, and the steel corrugated plate-mold bag concrete support structure has better applicability in various engineering fields.
本发明公开了一种圆形基坑钢波纹板‑模袋混凝土支护结构及其施工方法,模袋内侧表面通过防水密封胶与钢波纹板管片粘牢,与管片波纹完全贴合,注浆孔处,简易单向阀钢波纹板管片外一侧外丝穿出管片,并用适配尺寸薄螺母压紧。相邻两块钢波纹板管片之间通过端法兰上预留的螺栓孔定位,相邻两环钢波纹板管片之间通过侧法兰上预留的螺栓孔定位,两环之间错缝拼装,采用高强螺栓连接。拼装完成一环结构后,任选两块位置相对的模袋“对侧灌注”混凝土,并以此为轴,顺时针灌注剩余模袋。本发明弥补了基坑围护结构背后注浆时跑浆漏浆的缺点,提高了钢波纹板管片的受力性能,使钢波纹板‑模袋混凝土支护结构在各工程领域中具有更好的适用性。
