The non-negative pressure steady flow tank comprises a tank body, a vacuum suppression mechanism and an exhaust mechanism, the tank body is provided with a water inlet flange connecting pipe, a water outlet flange connecting pipe and an air suction and exhaust flange connecting pipe; the vacuum suppression mechanism and the exhaust mechanism are connected with the air suction and exhaust flange connecting pipe; the vacuum suppression mechanism comprises a valve body, a valve rod and a valve clack, a first valve cavity and a second valve cavity are formed in the valve body, and a first air suction port communicating with the first valve cavity and an air outlet communicating with the second valve cavity are formed in the valve body; one end of the valve rod is located in the first valve cavity and connected with a valve plate through an elastic element, and the other end of the valve rod penetrates through the second valve cavity and is connected with the valve clack; the air outlet is opposite to a pipe orifice of the air suction and exhaust flange connecting pipe; an air purifying piece is arranged in the first valve cavity. According to the non-negative pressure steady flow tank, negative pressure and vacuum states can be effectively inhibited from being generated in the tank body, and impurities and microorganisms in external air are prevented from entering a water body in the tank body.
