The invention relates to a prefabricated heat preservation and decoration integrated plate containing a moisture management system and a fabricated wall system. The prefabricated heat preservation and decoration integrated plate containing the moisture management system comprises a fireproof plate, the moisture management structure and a veneer; the moisture management structure comprises an isobaric rainproof curtain wall and waterproof and moisture permeable cloth; the isobaric rainproof curtain wall comprises base layers, and a protrusion for opening the two adjacent base layers is arranged between the two adjacent base layers; and the fabricated wall system comprises a wall body and a prefabricated integrated plate body which is mounted on the wall body and is not connected with a keel structure, or comprises a supporting frame and a prefabricated integrated plate body which is mounted on the supporting frame and is connected with the keel structure. A construction method of the fabricated wall system comprises the steps of simulation, prefabrication, field mounting and the like. The prefabricated integrated plate manufactured through the method has excellent moisture resistance and moisture exhaust performance and also has good heat preservation and insulation performance, fireproof performance, sound insulation performance and decoration performance, and therefore the quality and comprehensive performance of a wall composed of the prefabricated integrated plate are improved.
