Reverse steel pipe column construction method
The invention relates to a reverse steel pipe column construction method, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The method comprises the following operation steps that firstly, the welding forming process of a steel pipe column node assembly is completed; secondly, foundation piles are rotationally excavated on the construction site, then concrete is poured into the foundation piles to form rotationally excavated cast-in-place piles, and steel pipe column joint assemblies are inserted; thirdly, concrete is poured between a basement bottom plate and the steel pipe column joint assembly; fourthly, the concrete is poured in a concrete floor from the side edge of a floor joint at the uppermost end to form a concrete beam; fifthly, concrete ring bases are poured on the peripheries of the upper ends of the uppermost floor node and the next floor node, and the upper and lower poured concrete ring bases are reinforced through a vertical supporting frame; sixthly, the lower floors are constructed through the floor nodes from top to bottom in sequence, and construction and basement construction are conducted synchronously and do not interfere with each other. The method has the characteristics of high efficiency, good stability, time saving and labor saving. The problem of synchronous operation of basement construction and pavement building construction is solved.
