According to the cement pouring device, cement in the buffer tank can be fully stirred, cement precipitation is avoided; and meanwhile, the position of a discharging pipe can be adjusted freely according to different pouring directions, the operation by workers is facilitated, the bottom of the pouring box can be knocked, and cement adhesion to the inside of the pouring box to influence the use can be avoided.
